Within the monumental spaces of the Officine Grandi Riparazioni in Turin — a former industrial site protected by the Fine Arts authorities, where trains were once repaired — the studio designed a coworking environment with offices dedicated to technological innovation, operated by Talent Garden.
The redevelopment, commissioned by Fondazione CRT, preserves the identity of the place through the 200-meter-long central nave, which becomes the main perspectival axis of the intervention. Here, the Social Floor takes shape, conceived by the studio as a platform for connection: open workstations, hot-desking areas, glass-enclosed meeting rooms, and informal spaces define an environment where work becomes relationship, and architecture serves as a catalyst for community.
