The project for Via Ripamonti 89 originates from a competition promoted by Patrizia AG and won by the studio in collaboration with Artelia. The redevelopment of a 1970s building gives rise to an iconic and sustainable architecture, designed to achieve the highest LEED, WELL, and BREEAM certifications.
The façade, inspired by Milanese Rationalism, is redefined by a white metal element extending across two levels, while the interiors respond to WELL standards through the integration of green spaces and environmentally sustainable materials.
At roof level, a new volume — conceived as a morphological variation — creates a generous terrace overlooking Fondazione Prada and the future Olympic Village.
Garibaldi Architects Team: Alessia Garibaldi, Luca Paviglianiti, Giovanni Canossini, Alesia Lialkouskaya
Collaboration: Artelia
