The Rho–Fiera office project was conceived to move beyond the traditional open-space model, creating a fluid geography composed of social areas and more reserved workspaces.
At its core lies a circular collaborative room — an open space defined by a sequence of arches that allow multiple points of access. At its centre stands a symbolic tree, emerging from the darkness of the surrounding walls and illuminated by a zenithal light.
Natural materials — tatami, oak, and plants — shape an environment oriented toward well-being and biophilia, where architecture supports focus, interaction, and balance.
