AREA

YEAR

On the slopes of the Colli Tiburtini, the villa was conceived as a private retreat for a collector connected to the world of fashion.
Organized on a single level, the residence opens its expansive living area toward the garden, establishing a continuous dialogue with the surrounding landscape. Inside, Breccia Romana becomes the aesthetic signature of the project, defining furnishings and volumes through an essential, tactile language.
The composition is enriched by sculptural presences — such as the suspended fireplace — and objects collected by the owner during travels in Asia, which infuse the space with intimacy and narrative depth.
