Nestled within the greenery of Pune, the expansive villa, complete with a private equestrian facility, is conceived as a simple yet powerful architectural gesture, in dialogue with the spiritual principles of Vastu Shastra. Organized on a single level with a fluid plan, the design fosters continuity between slow, contemplative spaces. Light, filtered through bamboo brise-soleil, vibrates across walls of raw earth plaster. Villa Pune stands as a bridge between tradition and contemporary vision, translating the dialogue between East and West into a rigorous architectural framework, grounded in the typology of the villa with internal courtyards.
