In the heart of Rome, just steps from Piazza di Spagna, the Leica Store & Gallery restores identity to a historic space through a project that intertwines architecture, materiality, and photographic culture.
The original barrel vaults and exposed, weathered walls engage in dialogue with new backlit surfaces conceived as exhibition backdrops for temporary shows. The space is organized into three areas: the retail zone, a social table for gatherings and cultural activities, and an immersive gallery featuring multimedia content.
A place where design becomes narrative scenography, shaping experience and memory.
